Special Exhibition Announced Celebrating History of Super Sentai Series

The Super Sentai series began in 1975 with Himitsu Sentai Gorenger and has continued to run for over 40 years. The current series, Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger, is the 43rd work.

Fighters who wear colorful suits and fight in teams against evil have been loves for generations.

The exhibition includes all 43 works in individual panels, with weapons, items, and mecha on display.

For the first time, the original plans for Gorenger will be on display.

Generations of Red sentai heroes will be on display for special photo opportunities.

Toei has announced a special exhibition “Super Sentai Legend History” will be held starting on Friday, December 13 to Sunday, February 16, 2020. It will occur at the Broadcast Library program center daily from 10AM to 5PM. Entry is free.

In “Super Sentai Legend Theater,” 60 carefully selected episodes from the show will air on TV Asahi.
