Kamen Rider Zero-One and Tanigawa Brothers Collaborate

The 2019 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships will take place in Stuttgart, Germany. This championship is the official start towards the 2020 Olympics, which will be held in Tokyo, Japan. The event will take place from October 4 – October 13th.

On September 29th, a special “World Gymnastics” PR video will debut during Kamen Rider Zero-One. The video will feature the Japanese gymnast brothers Wataru and Kakeru Tanigawa. Kakeru won the men’s competition at the NHK cup and will be moving to compete at the championships in Germany.

There will also be scenes where the brothers fight with Zero-One. Toei and the staff also took part in filming the promotion. The result was a high-quality PR video showcasing the tokusatsu effects and performance of the Tanigawa brothers.

After the filming, the brothers commented that through the PR videos, they hope that a wide range of people can enjoy gymnastics, from young children to the elderly.
