Toei is involved with various works, including the Kamen Rider and Super Sentai. For the first time, the company is recruiting producers for tokusatsu content.
Toei doesn’t limit their work to tokusatsu. They create a range of movies of all genres. This time, they’re interested in finding someone who will specialize in tokusatsu.
The qualifications include an interest in tokusatsu, along with experience in video production.
Once recruited, Toei will give their chosen one on-the-job training so they can experience duties that will be expected of them. They’ll also be directly involved in the production of TV shows.
The person Toei chooses will first be hired on as a contractor, but the company says they will provide opportunities to become an employee.
Salary will depend on experience with a pay raise once a year and bonuses twice a year. Standard work days are 7 hours and 30 minutes, with most holidays off.
Entries will be accepted on Toei’s recruitment page until December 17th, with relevant documents due by December 19th. Interviews will begin in early January.
