Takamasa Suga (須賀貴匡) played Shinji Kido/Kamen Rider Ryuki and Satoshi Matsuda (松田悟志) portrayed Ren Akiyama/Kamen Rider Knight in the 2002 series Kamen Rider Ryuki. Matsuda recently posted two photos of the men together again on his Instagram. They both had flashbacks to their time together as Kamen Riders, which was 15 years ago.
In Kamen Rider Ryuki, both men played characters that often contrasted against each other. While both men have grown older, they still reminded fans of those Rider days.
In the caption, Matsuda states “It was a reunion after a long time. A comrade who I fought with together in Kamen Rider Ryuki. I have many nostalgic stories.”
In the comments, fans speculated if their reunion was due to a future project, or if it was just two friends catching up on old times.
This wouldn’t be the first time in recent months that Suga would reunite with an old friend from Kamen Rider Ryuki. He collaborated with Hassei Takano (高野八誠), who portrayed Miyuki Tezuka/Kamen Rider Raia, on the indie tokusatsu film, HE-LOW.
