Hayato Isomura Stars in His First Stage Play After Five Years

Hayato Isomura previous appeared in Kamen Rider Ghost as Alain/Kamen Rider Necrom. He has since appeared in Hiyokko and Anonymous Noise but will star in the upcoming hammer & hummingbird stage play. The initial visuals have been released. Isomura, who has not performed in a stage play for five years, stated “I am looking forward to working with you all.”

 

 

This is a new work produced by Super End Roller, which is led by screenwriter, director, and producer Manato Hamada.

The story depicts the half-lifetime of the modern poet Nakamura Oyogu. It is a story of “loss” and “rebirth”, that captures conflicts of the heart that wavers between the loneliness between dreams and reality, while wandering past memories for answers.

 

 

The stage play also stars Riko Takayama, Iku Arai, Hideki Kobayashi, Shimada Jyunpei, Ruka Ishikawa, Kyohei Mitsune, and Mayuko Yamada.

hammer & hummingbird will debut on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 until Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Sumida Park Studio Warehouse in Tokyo.

Advance tickets are ¥ 4,000, while a ticket on the day of the performance is ¥ 4,500. Sales will be available on the Quartet Online website on January 31, 2018.
